As some of our customers might already be aware of, we are currently having an unresolved dispute with our payment service provider. Due to an attacker trying to process donations to the IPFire Project with presumably stolen credit card information, our provider has disabled our account and is not intending to enable it again.
This does of course have some affect on our business and those customers who use credit card payments.
We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused and we are working hard right now to reinstate this as soon as possible. Of course we are taking, processing and shipping orders as usual, so please to not hesitate to get in touch if you are interested in purchasing one of our products or services.
